I have stored stuff off and on for years and never experienced this. Their units are old, rusty and not taken care of and need regular maintenance such as Simple things like WD40 and locks that shut because the door and the lock actually meets to actually shut it. I put a lock on the unit after having to wait to have the latch "FIXED". They said they would fix it. I also was told after the fact that I I had to "push " the replacement unit door a certain way and hold it to get the lock to slide to get it to open that night af... read more
So far so good! The nicest storage unit and for a price that can't be beat! I will be using this storage unit business for all my storage needs both present and future.
