Thie sales person, Owen, arrived right on time, was prepared with all the information and samples we would need to make a decision. I loved how after he measured that he was able to create, on his laptop, exactly what our unit would look like once installed. Owen was very thorough in talking us through the process of purchasing, financing and installation. Very please with his professionalism.
