RecommendedDavid and staff have been super helpful in keeping chemicals correct and don't seem to over sell, suggesting sometimes to wait for a particular issue. That keeps me as a customer.
These guys were amazing! We bought a house with a salt water pool and knew nothing about pools. They came and gave me thorough instructions on everything I needed. They labeled things to help me and were teaching in a constructive way (not talking down). Steve and his partner were incredibly respectful and helpful. They made sure the pool was spotless and I knew ever I needed to know. I highly recommend them and will use them again for all our needs.
These people are crooks. Check out how old any of their reviews are. This is from 2019. Charging me over 1100 for not even a hour of time are you crazy? Now you keep rebilling my credit card after the owners wife says they don’t keep on file. After The First almost 600 charge we were done and asked to take our card off. You proceed to charge me again. Apparently I need to speak with you face to face and make sure you understand. So not only do you steal my money ,you lie too!!?? Honest, no pressure, family-run business approach to sales and service. David was so laid back and practical in guiding us through our purchase decision. Tommy and Wesley came out to check where we wanted to place the hot tub BEFORE we even committed to buying. Delivery and setup was a breeze with their extensive experience and customer care. 😁
We got our pool 5 years ago and since then I think David has gotten to know my hubby pretty well!! Hee Hee! David is always such a great help and knows his stuff along with the great staff!!

Thank goodness Clearwater came to Courthouse Rd I had been given very wron information on treating my pool for years them Clearwater came took care of my worries and headaches.Always courteous and very reliable. If you have a pool please do yourself a favor get your water checked when you open pool then again July and Aug shock your pool once a week to keep water safe clean to swim in.I hope this is helpful.
