They've been very helpful & informative with my new pool and I 've needed a lot of help especially since I've never owned a pool before.
Ive been in Clearwater pools and spas twice in the last two days and both times both salesman’s that helped me were RUDE and acted like they were miserable helping me when all I needed was a gasket for a pool pump. They talk to you like you’re an idiot and have an attitude. I’ll NEVER go back in there and my family will never purchase another thing from them.
We have been very happy with our spa purchased in November 2018. They have always answered our questions and been very helpful.
Bob Hicks is the BEST!! We talked with him the first of the week and are picking up our pool today! So excited! We’ve had an above ground pool for 17 years and it had to be replaced. Bob was so knowledgeable and helpful about the “new” pool info. We upgraded to a cartridge filter and a Pristine Blue sanitation plan! Can wait to enjoy our new pool! Thanks to Bob and the entire staff at Clearwater—Jackson!!

Very disappointed in their customer service. I would not recommend buying anything from them due to their unwillingness of backing up their product. This is no way to treat what would have been a great and loyal customer. Tells you everything you want to hear except the things you need to know from getting your warranty voided! Very poorly run business that I will not encourage anyone to visit. I would rather pay more somewhere else .
