We have everything you need and can answer all of your questions to make sure your water is safe for your family! We carry BioGuard chemicals and we also carry Watkins brand portable spas! You can’t ask for better customer service from this establishment. Instead of pawning us off to some pool service. Marcus walked us right through what needed to be done with our equipment to repair and conduct maintenance. Big thanks. We will definitely return to them.
Way over priced, unprofessional, unknowledgeable, untimely. Work ethics very questionable. Customer service non-existant. Will never use them again. Will fill my pool in with dirt before I EVER allow them to do more work. Would classify them in the same catagory as the original pool installers who tried to rip me off. So sad.
First time pool owner. The house we just purchased came with a pool that was winterized. The water was green and full of debris. Drew came out and made our water crystal clear. He also took the time to show me how to operate the pumps and what I need to do on a daily and weekly basis to keep it clean. Thank you Clearwater for bringing our pool back to life!
Clearwater pools has been there for me for years. I’ve had to deal with multiple pools over the past few years. Clearwater has always been very accessible and easy to deal with. They have helped me with everything from major maintenance issues to handling the chemicals myself. They have a dry earase board on the wall for people who pull off perfect water.
