This is the best store! Everyone is so helpful and knowledgeable I attended the pool school offered at the store and learned more about how to properly maintain my pool. They don’t try to up sell you stuff just give you great advice. I won’t go anywhere else for supplies.
We hired them to clean and service our pool - and in the few months they managed the service, they did permanent damage to the pool. Weekly our spa and pool was turning green (I called them probably 4-6 times to come fix it and they always claimed it was fixed). We have staining on our pool floor that didn't exist but now won't easily come off due to the negligent maintenance of our pool. We found another pool company, and heard they fired the guy that was doing the pool maintenance before - but I paid for their service ever... read more
LIFESAVERS! Absolute GOATs here. Jared is amazing! Our pool was so out of whack and Jared has helped us figure out how to put things all back together again. Saving so much money on pool maintenance and we are doing it better ourselves than our pool guy was! Cannot recommend high enough!
