Boy howdy do I have an experience with Clear Water!!! TLDR: Underhanded business tactics to trick customer into buying stuff they don't need. Pool tech surprises with $450 for three hours labor (plus pump and filter and Chems) Doesn't finish the job. Comes back three days later to finish, breaks equipment, still hasn't vacuumed the pool. We bought an above ground saltwater pool last summer. We chose Clearwater Pool and Spa because of the great reviews on the website. I did my research before purchasing and they had the best reviews of all the pool companies. Ms. Joan and her employees were very helpful, knowledgeable and courteous. I have above ground pool. I had a small algae bloom. I got rid of the bloom but I wanted to be sure that my water had everything it it to prevent another bloom. I went to Clearwater pool in Baton Rouge with a sample of my pool water. Mind you when I went there my pool was clear and algae free. Clearwater pools in Baton Rouge was very helpful in getting us the pool of our dreams at a time when many people were completely out of inventory.
