Not sure Who that is working there , but it was the worst experience I’ve ever had. Would be very interested in talking to owners.
Very poor pool service, I have complained numerous times & service doesn’t change. Often don’t show up for weekly service, don’t brush sides or empty baskets!! Seriously The pool guy is in n out in 15- minutes! Puts chemicals in,turns on pump then skins leaves off top.( occasionally vacuums). 15 min!! Gone... now I rent so I’ve complained to owner & pool service but no change. Very difficult to connect with: seems closed much of the time. Even when contact actually made, subsequent communications were poor. The woman with whom we were trying to arrange delivery of needed parts was very rude and we ended up deciding not to continue the planned pool repair with them. There are so many other pool repair options- we wish we had not wasted so much of our time!
