After telling me they would go out and look at my parents pool they verified they had serviced in the past, after many days and two phone calls I was left a message that they don't service that type of pool???
If I can give them 0 stars I would. Paid them to fix my the concrete around the pool latter and they did a horrible job pouring the concrete! Then tried to charge me for a new latter after making the concrete worse. They would often miss my scheduled pool cleanings and the customer service is down right horrible. Stay away from Clearwater, the absolute worse pool service ever!

O Ordered pool liner back in April put down a deposit While my husband was in the hospital after a stroke I kept calling and stopping by on my way home from the hospital They never installed it We are in our 70’s and wanted to rehabilitate my husband when he comes home from the hospital but it never happened I called in Jan 2022 the company is no longer in business. What kind of people do this to other people who have good intentions when paying for a service.
We ordered a pool liner in February. It's now November, and we still don't have a pool liner. They never call with updates, and their excuse is the company that They order from is backed up. They do not answer the phone when we call. They were in the process of putting in a sunk pump, and they never finished it. Their business now says closed.
