I had the misfortune of using Clearwater Pool Inc, and I would strongly advise anyone else to avoid them at all costs. The technician missed my appointment. He tried to charge me for services that he didn't provide, and his manager didn't pick up the phone when I tried to call. I called Clearwater Pool Inc, over 10 times during business hours, and I never got through to anyone. This is absolutely unacceptable customer service. I deserve to be treated with respect.
