Once again, I couldn't fault Michael who went out of his way to help, provide information and be flexible in fixing a roof issue. I wouldn't use any other company.
Have repeatedly used these plumbers over a couple of years now for all sorts of work - roofing, taps and water meter (pressure value) fixes. No dramas getting them out for the smaller jobs too which I appreciate. Easy to talk to. Highly recommend.
Very pleased with the service and the quality of the work. Michael listened to my concerns and offered practical solutions - replacing old guttering, installing a new larger downpipe in one spot, and also a rain head in a corner of the house that has previously seen rainwater coming into the house. The boys that did the work were great - pleasant and polite and did a great job.
Michael is highly responsive, and his quotes are very reasonable. He makes every effort to schedule jobs as soon as possible. Jem installed a new bathroom vanity, while Patrick and his colleague replaced my gutter. They were all professional, polite, and did an excellent job. I wouldn’t hesitate to hire them again in the future. Outstanding work—thank you, team!
