I’m exceptionally pleased with Clearwater Neighborhood Pool Services and the full range of pool care they provide. Our pool had not been getting the proper service before, and the equipment setup needed much better attention. A previous pool company said a heater could not be installed, but when Theodore took over, he brought in Angel and together they created a smart plan that made the heater installation possible. Dale was honest, fairly priced, and clearly cared about doing the job right. Clearwater Neighborhood Pool Services has been taking care of our pool for a long time, and I only wish we had started with Leonard much earlier. In the past, we dealt with pool cleaners who would just add chemicals and leave, but now the service is much more careful and complete. Leonard pays close attention to the pool water, equipment, and overall condition, and he often notices small issues or possible problems before they turn into bigger repairs. I’ve used Clearwater Neighborhood Pool Services for several seasons for regular pool care like filter cleaning, equipment checks, maintenance, and repairs. They are always quick to respond, helpful with any pool issue, and do a great job keeping everything running clean and smooth in the Florida heat.
Working with them was a great experience. Dale was very friendly and really knew pools, spas, liners, water care, and just about everything related to pool service. The liner price was much lower than what I had paid before, and the installation moved along quickly and smoothly. After the new liner was put in, they started filling the pool, then came back the next day to balance the chemicals and get the water in good shape.
