By 1996, we had established ourselves as the Western Montana real estate market leaders. In 1999, we opened our second office in Condon/ Swan Valley, and in 2000, we opened our office in White Sulphur Springs. We purchased a home in Montana wile still living in Washington State so that made it very difficult since we are about 15 hour drive away . Our Realtor Grant Ozegovich did a wonderful job( all long distant ) in helping my wife and i getting our forever home in Roundup MT . He went above and beyond on more than one occasion -he travel to Roundup to meet the inspector and roofers we had scheduled ( since we could not made the 15 hour trip ) . and he updated us on everything . Clearwater Properties helped us a lot throughout the process of selling our land. Patrick, Brock, and Patti worked as a team and kept us informed every step of the way. They provided good guidance and information to help us make decisions about how to best proceed. In the end, we sold the land at our full asking price and we could not be more pleased. We certainly plan on using Clearwater for our future real estate needs in Montana.
