I love this place! The staff all of them are very kind. The rooms are nice always clean. They have several fire pits , grills and bean bag game on the beach for everyone.In the evening they give you a bag of smore makings.
This was an awesome spot. Tucked away off the tourist center. The room and the rest of the property were super clean and look like they're in the process of being slowly updated. The staff here really care about the property. Bonfire at night along the little beach area was a nice touch too. Spent 1 night. Balcony could use some treatment for the spiders.
I was a little bit worried when I booked this hotel ... but upon arrival I was SO VERY happy! What a beautiful property ! Great staff .. the bon fire on the beach nightly with Smores was a perfect touch ! Rooms were extremely clean .. oh and you could also use the kayaks that they have free of charge ! I would highly recommend this place ! Will be booking again very soon!
Our room was clean and the grounds were very well kept! Most rooms have a great view of the Mackinaw Bridge, and they have a lot of great amenities, too! Kudos to the staff who were very friendly and who actually took pride in their work!! Especially the gentleman who took care of the grounds and organized the breakfast room! It's very hard to find the "perfect" hotel/motel in Mackinaw City, but this is one of the better ones. With that being said, it does have its flaws.
