As a home builder and developer, these guys have excellent placement in terms of finding ideal locations for home buyers but they cut the corners in basically every other way otherwise. I have been a real estate agent for over 22 years, the Principal Broker of Latitude 40 Properties for the past three and half years and over the years I have worked with a lot of the builders along the Wasatch Front.
