Dr Moore is the only person who has actually helped me with my diabetes, rather than just adding medication and ignoring the underlying problems. I highly recommend him to anyone struggling with diabetes and or weight loss related to insulin resistance
What I love is the education aspect of the overall program and they help you work though the challenges without pushing or make it too complex to follow. Goal is to make this sustainable long-term.
