Clearwater Granite did an excellent job and even had the counter tops cut and installed sooner than we had initially been quoted. The 2 guys that did the installation were easy to talk to, professional and conscientious.( I apologize but I forgot their names). I purchased my granite for my kitchen counter tops. Granite for the top of my stair case. And granite for my 4 bathrooms. They were supposed to come back and Polish where they came together. I have called three times, And the secretary tells me she will go talk to the boss and call me right back. But i've never got a call back. Now it's been a couple years, and still nothing. At least they could have called me back and explain why they weren't coming back to finish the job.
I have been waiting for my counter tops since March 2022. I was templated in early May 2022. I still don't know when they will be installed. I don't even have a date at this point. The only reason we are still waiting is that the stone is what we want. I can't get ahold of Tom or Aspen. They are supposed to call me back they never do. Go somewhere else.
Clearwater installed my kitchen and master bathroom quartz tops. Mark, Danny, and Trent made my countertops look so perfect. I had a few issues with my cabinetry person and glass installers for my bathroom and kitchen. Clearwater, even though no fault of their own made everything perfect.
