Clearwater Granite did an excellent job and even had the counter tops cut and installed sooner than we had initially been quoted. The 2 guys that did the installation were easy to talk to, professional and conscientious.( I apologize but I forgot their names). Clearwater Granite selection and their price were better than any of the 4 other places we had gotten estimates with. I purchased my granite for my kitchen counter tops. Granite for the top of my stair case. And granite for my 4 bathrooms. They were supposed to come back and Polish where they came together. I have called three times, And the secretary tells me she will go talk to the boss and call me right back. But i've never got a call back. Now it's been a couple years, and still nothing. At least they could have called me back and explain why they weren't coming back to finish the job.

I have been waiting for my counter tops since March 2022. I was templated in early May 2022. I still don't know when they will be installed. I don't even have a date at this point. The only reason we are still waiting is that the stone is what we want. I can't get ahold of Tom or Aspen. They are supposed to call me back they never do. Go somewhere else.
