I normally do not leave reviews, but I felt this experience needed to be shared because I genuinely hope ownership takes a closer look within the shop. Communication and follow-through were extremely disappointing. Calls were not returned, quotes were never provided after multiple attempts to follow up, and interactions with Aspen felt dismissive and unprofessional. I am beyond impressed with the work done by Clearwater Granite. From start to finish, the experience was seamless, but what really stood out was the performance of Tom and his crew during the installation. The team’s attention to detail is second to none. Tom and his team went above and beyond. They helped in the show room, met with our contractor and were on-time and on-budget. Locally owned and incredible at what they do.
We use Clearwater Granite for all our new construction countertops. They have a large selection of stone to fit every budget and their people are friendly and helpful.
Clearwater Granite did an excellent job and even had the counter tops cut and installed sooner than we had initially been quoted. The 2 guys that did the installation were easy to talk to, professional and conscientious.( I apologize but I forgot their names). Clearwater Granite selection and their price were better than any of the 4 other places we had gotten estimates with.
