I have 2 no soliciting signs. One as you walk up to the door and one on the door bell. I pointed them out and asked them to leave. They refused and continued to try and solicit, after then telling them to leave they began laughing like little girls and again refused to leave. As a company, please respect people’s private property. You will be receiving negative reviews as a result of your employees behavior.
I’ve been trying for hours to reach them. All their phone numbers will not allow my phone call to go through. I try their chat line and they say they will have someone call me which never happens. Something‘s going on here. This company is a scam now I guess I just needed to get information so I could get a deduction on my taxes for energy efficient windows, but they are no way able to get a hold of beware be very aware. I purchased windows through Clearwater Exteriors 6 months ago, I ended up waiting around 7 weeks for install and when they finally did install my windows that's where our issues began. When the installers came, they nailed plastic to our ceilings putting a bunch of holes in our ceilings, gouging holes in our walls, and generally being destructive while installing the windows. *Updated review - this company is no longer in business. Their phone lines, online form, and emails are all disconnected. Not surprised after we learned that everyone we worked with before is no longer there. We like our windows! But they botched the install and failed the inspection. Now that we’re trying to get our QMID for tax season no one works there to help.
We were pleased with our new windows last year but have a cracked window now and cannot get anyone to respond from the company!! Some phone lines and contact options are now disconnected. No one will answer the phone. Beware!!!
