This place is an over priced dump! Lived here for 3 years there are always potholes in the side walk that never get repaired properly and keep breaking back open, nice hazard to fall on your face while bringing in groceries. The entry smells like dog pee. How?!?!?! The oven in our apt does not regulate temperature, everything Burns on the outside and it is still frozen in the middle. Nothing has been updated in 20 years. The side walk has huge potholes in it so when you are bring home groceries and your arms are full you step in one and drop all your groceries. If you push the button in the entry to my apt someone else's phone rings. I will receive zero notification. You HAVe to pay using their website and thN they charge you $4 for using the system you have to use. The oven works sometimes. Dog shit is basically always in the yard. Been here almost a year in our first floor apartment second year in another building on second floor. Caz has been most accommodating in helping us get into first floor apartment. Literally redone for us. Had medical issues and had to get to first floor. She got things through and took care of us. Maintenance is very good and respond quickly. We enjoy being in this community and hope to stay longer as we enjoy the neighborhood.
Great place to live,friendly people .nice caretaker he during winter when there's even half a inch he out side shoveling maken sure everyone is safe .very excellent place to live .I love living here still in my place apartment been here for 2 years now
