Been here almost a year in our first floor apartment second year in another building on second floor. Caz has been most accommodating in helping us get into first floor apartment. Literally redone for us. Had medical issues and had to get to first floor. She got things through and took care of us. Maintenance is very good and respond quickly. We enjoy being in this community and hope to stay longer as we enjoy the neighborhood.
Great place to live,friendly people .nice caretaker he during winter when there's even half a inch he out side shoveling maken sure everyone is safe .very excellent place to live .I love living here still in my place apartment been here for 2 years now
I moved in two years ago just as the new owners were taking over and have been very happy. The manager and onsite caretakers are wonderful, I've been very fortunate to have quiet and friendly neighbors, and you just can't beat the location. The neighborhood is peaceful and safe with access to walking/biking trails and it's just a couple of blocks from shopping one direction and the beach in the other.
