I give 5 stars, BC, the staff is excellent and professional.my dental visits, are always traumatizing, super painful, and I dread going; however I must go. It helps,to be greeted, with friendly staff, and understanding, and thoughtfulness.
Went in as a new patient due to my daughter having an infected tooth and swelling, was glad to be scheduled same day until I arrived and got the worst service. The dental hygienist was rude when taking my daughter back, and when my fiance and I were finally able to head back she said the provider had already done the exam and just needed to go over options, and that was a lie. The provider hadn't even done the exam yet, after the exam I was asked if I had any questions, I then proceeded to ask when would be a good time to ge... read more
