I've been living here for a year. I am happy so far. I just switched to month to month and will be paying almost $200 more per month. The best part is the maintenance and responsiveness. I always ask Allie at the front desk (she's the best) to get the maintenance set up for me, and it always goes well. I did have to wait weeks for an overhead light/fan combo in one room to be fixed, but luckily, no one sleeps in there, so we were fine. Pest control comes once a week. Ready to leave!! This apartment changes rules on a whim, that are not stated in the originally agreed contract. Letters are sent out to threaten repercussions for violations without explanation for changes. Parking is atrocious with no assigned parking, and cars being stored on site that have not moved in months. My apartment is fine aside from the crumbling sheet rock from a leak that was repaired. Been here for about 3 months now And I can’t wait for my lease to end My first and second month living here dealt with roaches. Ugh I’ve complained made several calls to the ladies in the office they sent pest control like 5 times to my unit and didn’t even think to check other units around me Poor office team and poor maintenance team . I am almost obligated to leave this review. I have been a resident of this complex and I never had any issue. If I did some minor issue, I would call Donna and it would be taken care of. I am breaking my lease to move to Austin to move closer to my family. The complex will charge me 4000 dollars to break my lease. You would think I would be super mad.
