Moving to Texas with two children alone was by far the hardest decision I’ve ever made. The first apartment I moved into was a total nightmare, It literally caused me to question my entire move ! Then I found CLEAR WATER CREEK Apartments. My stay here has been incredible. The community here is amazing. My neighbors are incredible! Our time at Clearwater Creek was great! The people in the office (Marshawn, Donna and Ally) were always so helpful and nice! It was always a nice experience to deal with them. Would recommend Clearwater Creek!
I just had to write a review. I've been here 3 years. My stay here has been amazing. I've only had one issue. And I contacted the manager and it was handled immediately. The office staff is nice. The maintenance staff are nice. It's quiet and I think they do their best to keep it clean. They are older, but nice. I would recommend Clearwater Creek. What prompted me. I was leaving out and I noticed they replaced or enhanced a picnic table. It just made me smile.
This will be my 2nd year in watercreek and it's amazing which makes it better is the people who work at the office very nice and very good people I appreciate them from ❤️
I’ve been living at Clearwater Creek Apartments since November 2023, and it’s been a comfortable experience. The place is cozy, and the maintenance crew is efficient—they promptly address issues after I contact the main office, although response times can occasionally be a bit slow. The leasing office staff are friendly and welcoming. Donna Oyewole, my leasing consultant, has been exceptionally helpful and courteous, and both Monica and Allie have also been great to work with.
