I was seeing Heather Kay from April2023 to Nov2023 and the therapy she provided was good. However, there was one point where she cancelled an appointment for a personal emergency (understandable), but then proceeded to ghost me for about a month while I was trying to contact her to get another appointment on the schedule. Eventually, she contacted me back and I started seeing her again.
