I have been going to Kayla Leddy for about a year now and it has been the most positive counseling experience I’ve ever had. Very down to earth and truly understands/works through the issues that one may be going through. I have had no issues with cancellations/reschedules so I truly think a lot of the negative reviews for Clearwater Counseling are not applicable for today. I had one appointment with Kayla, great start. We scheduled the next two appointments and I was excited to start my journey. The first scheduled appointment she cancels 45 mins beforehand stating a family matter had come up and she would need to reschedule. No big deal. Two weeks later the now rescheduled appointment has arrived, her receptionist calls 15 mins before the scheduled appointment and states Kayla needed to cancel again and that all appointments going forward will be done via telephone/video conference due to Cov... read more

I have a depressed daughter that likes Kayla. My daughter waits patiently for her appointment. And my daughter is ready to talk through some things. My daughter needs help. Every other appointment gets cancelled. And my daughter needs help! Kayla abandons my daughter! And we have to go through the process of rescheduling. Does Kayla care! What kind of professional does this? If she can't help. If she can't be there for these kids. Then why is she even allowed to practice?

Had sought out therapy for my 9 year old daughter who was having problems with dealing with separation of parents. Got a therapist at clear water and she seen my daughter for 3 sessions where her father took her. I finally met her for the first time and after we met she refused to see my daughter again. Very unprofessional wouldn’t answer or return calls neglected her 9 year old client who actually liked her. Very disappointed. She needs therapy instead of giving it. Disgusting.

My very first appointment, kayla cancelled on me. If I could leave a zero star I would. I really needed a therapist today and she apparently doesn't care about her patients.
