I've never personally had a problem with these guys. I've actually gotten some good deals through them and any problem really was usually just common human error that could be fixed by either the shop or me. If you have a problem, just get a hold of the shop and they'll do their best to resolve any problems based on the description they're given. They're all really nice people and they love what they do!
