I really like my doctor, which makes this review especially frustrating. Unfortunately, the complete lack of service from this practice has become unacceptable. Trying to reach anyone by phone to make or manage an appointment is nearly impossible. At check-in, the staff often seem more focused on collecting payment upfront than on providing a positive patient experience.
