I was on hold for an hour and a half trying to get ahold of someone to make my Father’s appointment which Dr. Kitka told me to make. It’s irresponsible for a medical system to not have proper personnel answering CARDIAC patient calls. Shame on you BayCare.
I was apprehensive at first but Dr Cochran was very helpful.
As always Dr. Stein provided exceptional care.
