I hope this message gets to Robin, Jessica and Chelsea. I want to personally thank you for fixing the problems that both management and staff at the Countryside office caused me. Chelsea, Jessica and Robin were extremely prompt to return my phone calls and answered any questions that I had. All 3 were empathetic and were unnecessarily apologizing for issues they did not cause.
