A close friend of mine had her car cleaned there today and the worker did not vacuum the car out at all. My friend told manager and manager told worker to do it again... and was same. Customer had to do it herself as the manager watched and did nothing to remedy this. I have given a ton of my business to them and sent ao many people there... but I wont anymore. My last visit there was slack too. Disappointed.
