Had the pleasure of having lunch here yesterday. The dining room was beautiful and the food was delicious. Lots of options and fresh ingredients. All of the residents look genuinely happy and everyone is so friendly. I would feel very comfortable bringing my loved ones here to live/visit.
I cannot say enough about how much our family appreciated all the warm care and consideration that Clearwater/Clearbrook's staff showed to my elderly aunt during her time there. From the moment you enter the premises, there is a welcome feeling of relaxed luxury that comes from the thoughtful design, with outdoor walking paths, greenery such as olive trees and shaded patios w bbq grills and lounge areas. kitchen staff is incredibly rude to patients and workers…
This is a nice facility, but don’t let the appearance fool you, because in the short time I worked there I seen alot of inexperienced care for residents who should be getting the very best for the amount they pay to live there . I frequently saw call lights going unanswered for 10-20 minutes, canulas under wheels of chairs and tables , residents lying on the floor for long periods of time, wrong meds administered, frequent understaffing and people hired with NO experience, if someone doesn’t know to elevate the head of a res... read more
