kitchen staff is incredibly rude to patients and workers…
This is a nice facility, but don’t let the appearance fool you, because in the short time I worked there I seen alot of inexperienced care for residents who should be getting the very best for the amount they pay to live there . I frequently saw call lights going unanswered for 10-20 minutes, canulas under wheels of chairs and tables , residents lying on the floor for long periods of time, wrong meds administered, frequent understaffing and people hired with NO experience, if someone doesn’t know to elevate the head of a res... read more
Had my mother at Clearwater for the past year. She recently passed away but the staff could not have treated her or me better. She started in Clearwater on the Assisted living side, but after a few months we need to move her to ClearBrook. I could not have been happier with staff or the administrators. They were all kind and treated her with repect. I would recommend Clearwater/Clearbrook to any one looking for care for their loved one.
As a resident of Clearwater of North Tustin I would like to give recognition to the many waiters, chauffeurs and staff members that have made my first two months very enjoyable. I highly recommend this facility. Sincerely, Joan Kaford
