Clearwater is a fantastic facility with wonderful, caring staff. They are professional, responsive, and clearly dedicated to their residents' well-being. Highly recommend for anyone in the Eau Claire area seeking assisted living support.

I find clear water unprofessional, for medications have been messed up, several things have went missing, and her house key on top of everything. And they will not take credit for these things disappearing, and it clearly states you cannot be in the client's home when they are not there and someone was and left the house unlocked with the key that is missing for the house, and they were the only ones that knew where this key was. As being an immunocompromised person they had 8 different people in my house within 6 months. My schedule changed constantly without asking/notice. While talking to program manager Nate Martens about my schedule, (he did the schedule)he stated that it didn't matter as he had it all worked out. He would text/call the workers constantly while they were trying to do my cares. However, he would not return phone calls to me. I left messages 11/22, 12/26, 1/2 which were never returned.
