I wasn’t aware that my daughters had gone to the pool area, and it seems they were not in proper swimwear. My daughter mentioned that the property manager asked them to leave, but the way it was communicated frightened them. They came home quite upset and felt disrespected, and humiliated by the interaction. They were crying. I will not allow them to go to the pool again. Yes. We are brown Asian.
Even though I ended up renting elsewhere, Clearwater really stood out because of Erica's responsiveness, positive attitude, and high standards for the units! I would highly recommend Clearwater to others in the community.
I lived in this apartment complex for about a year. The staffs were very kind. The apartment was very quiet and clean. They have a swimming pool, laundry, and other facilities that are kept clean throughout the entire year. I would definitely recommend others to lease apartments at Clearwater Apartments!
Clean apartment and quite neighborhood. Manager is friendly and helpful. Maintenance is great.
