This apartment complex uses a lot of hyperbole to describe the apartments. That you “will enjoy unparalleled luxury living” as they describe it on their website, is downright laughable. The apartments are poorly constructed, poorly maintained, and are cheap and cheesy on the inside. The simple-minded manager spams the residents with email threats of fines for various infractions, and asks tenants to narc on one another about breaking the rules.
