Adam conducted the buyer's inspection for a condo I was purchasing. He was very thorough and gave understandable and detailed information and even tidbits of relevant maintenance suggestions. His written report was detailed & supported by photos; he even followed up with a template to create a concerns list and the offer of a follow-up call or email if I had questions.
Highly recommend. The inspection was very thorough and the report very clear. Our inspector was professional, detail oriented, and took the time to walk us through the report on a call. Much appreciated as we are moving across country and did not have the opportunity to attend the inspection in person.
We had an amazing experience with Ryan as our home inspector! He was extremely thorough and walked us through each of his findings in a way that was simple for us to understand the implications and next actions to be taken. We will definitely use him and ClearVue for any future needs and would recommend them to anyone looking for professional and reliable home inspectors!
Ryan @ ClearVUE was absolutely incredible. He was extremely thorough, honest with his findings, funny, and very personable. He went out of his way to take a look, and test the irrigation system. By far the best inspector we have dealt with in the past. Would highly recommend 10/10 times. We will definitely be a repeat customer in our future inspection needs. Thanks again Ryan and ClearVUE for a job very well done!
