My husband went for an annual eye exam. He could not see out of his glasses they prescribed and made. He returned to make sure the script was accurate. They assured him it was accurate but they opened the bifocal area. He ended up going to a different optometrist- they saw right away he had cataracts in both eyes and needed surgery plus was told the script was not even close. Very disappointing.
Great customer service and a nice selection on frames. Will definitely be returning for any and all eye care needs.
I just called and the gal on the phone wasn’t very friendly at all. Not very personable at all. When our conversation ended not even a bye, have a nice day nothing at all.
Everyone here is so nice and so helpful! Our 5 year old son was scared to wear glasses but the staff got him smiling and loving his new glasses! Thank you ❤
I do not recommend going here. They have horrible customer service. I ordered glasses in the beginning of January and didn’t get them until March, they got annoyed everytime I called and were rude. I got my glasses tightened last year and the guy broke them saying I did it but my frames never had any damage to it. I went to a new optometrist today and he told me that my old optometrist(clearvue) have been giving me too strong of lenses cause me to get headaches. I will never return here and recommend people go somewhere else... read more
