They used to be great. Seriously, I've been going to this optometrist and buying my glasses here for almost 10 years. I've referred at least 20 others during this time because they provided such great customer service. In fact, my fiancee and I moved to another town and kept coming back here because of the great service. My son has also moved and has been making a 45 minute drive to come back to what was a wonderful practice. Eye dr is good. But the staff is very very rude. They will make the whole experience worse.

If I could give the eye glass center zero stars I most definitely would. Ashley Stowell is a manager at the Grafton Location and she is the absolute worse. She is super rude and very snappy! She makes your experience worser than what it already is. She’s not patient and rushes you. A manger should carry herself in a better way and if she can’t do that then she needs to find a new job that she actually likes. My kids and myself Love the the eye Doctor but I can't say the same about the staff. Had an appointment set for over a month and got a reminder call. When we got to our appointment, I was told we are closed for training...I got no call I am so not happy with this. This is not the first time I have had problems with the staff.
