Went for an appointment. Left due to front desk girl that was unprofessional and rude. Will not go back just because of her. Called district manager Bree and im awaiting her call on the matter. I just dont want anyone else to be treated like the way I did. That was just not called for and that girl needs to look for something thats not woth the public unless she would like to lose that entitled attitude. I had an excellent experience at this clinic. The eye doctor and the entire staff were exceptionally courteous and attentive. I was assisted promptly and given clear explanations about the various options available to me. I truly appreciate their professionalism and dedication to patient care. I highly recommend their services.
Fantastic customer service from start to end. New technology for eye exams and Dr Ly was extremely pleasant, professional and knowledgeable. After 15 years at another optometrist, I've found my new optometrist office for myself and family of 5. You can make an appointment online or give them a call, online was convenient for me since I work the night shift, confirmation was sent as soon as they opened.
