I waited a while to get this off my chest, because I didn't want it to come from a bad place but considering the way I was handled not only by Alondra, who was absolutely pathetic in customer service and completely devoid of any accountability for making this pathetic error. Instead, when I contested her lack of accountability, she hung up on me.
