Great Customer Service!
As soon as you walk into the office, it is tense and uncomfortable. The receptionists was dismissive and looked like she hated that there were customers. The doctor that saw my daughter became so agitated when she accidentally blinked during the eye drop, she aggressively threw the items in the trash, huffed, and said we just won't do it. When she saw my daughter lower her head in shame, she completely ignored her for the rest of the visit and only spoke at me. Booked an appointment within 2days. The verified my copay the day before. They ask you to opt in or out to extra costs (special scan and dilation) on the electronic check in. Both the front desk and Dr. Vu were kind an professional. I am happy with the overall experience.
