Move in at your own risk. Of course everyone is going to have their own experience, but mine has been horrible. I have asked the office numerous times to come and fix the mold issue. The first time they “fixed” it. The second time the sprayed bleach water and painted over it. The third time they told me there was a leak coming from the unit above us. DO NOT LIVE HERE. I would leave 0/5 stars if I could. There are tons of hidden fees (our 1900 3 BR rent easily reaches 2200 every month) and the water bill is quantifiably insane. We are charged well over 150 for our unit for water and utilities. One month they double charged us for these (300$ for every unit) they caught the mistake and notified us on the 3rd of the month, then proceeded to charge us a late fee after they did not rectify their mistake by the 5th. Service was quick and thorough. They were friendly asking if we needed anything else listening and acting like they really wanted to help. I liked how personable they were.,
