I sent out maybe 8(?) emails to places for a rough quote. I gave the exact dimensions and what I was looking for and asked for prices to be emailed to me. This did not stop half the places blowing up my phone. Manny emailed me within hours/minutes(?) with the price and said "we're available to do this tomorrow'. Unreliable... after a week of one way follow ups I called once again a few days past thier promised contact, to discuss pricing and start date, to be told they started a last mintute job a day ago that will last 3 months and could not take on any new projects... No call, no warning! So if you are looking at this review within three months of this post they should be too busy for you...
Great service and communication throughout. All interactions we had were top notch from straightforward pricing, scheduling installation & after sale follow-up. They were able to accommodate our unique needs by splitting the project in two phases, allowing us to take care of the immediate need right away, and complete the rest at a later time, to help us out. The installed product has the desired effect and the only regret we have is that we didn't do it sooner. Would absolutely recommend this business.
What's excellent about Clearview and the owner, Manny, is that the first thing they do is understand what you want to accomplish. Once Manny understands that he is an expert in offering you the most suitable options to meet your needs. Window film is one of those products where you are (at least I am) wholly reliant on the supplier's guidance. 4mm or 7mm? 20% or 60% light transmission?
