Chris is a terrible owner never answers the phone in case of an emergency. And yelled and proceeded to say curse words at my 75 year old grandmother for trying to get her deposit back after he ignored her for over a month. I do not recommend renting a unit here. They are very overpriced and terrible ownership.
NEVER do business with this guy, trust me!! Chris is incredibly difficult to deal with. He never answers the phone and is never at the storage unit when you need him. When you do manage to get a hold of him, it could take days, sometimes weeks, or you will never get a response. It's clear that running his business smoothly and efficiently is not a priority for him. Save yourself the stress and the frustration of dealing with his anger and incompetence and go somewhere else!
