Working with Clearview Security couldn’t have been easier or more efficient. Everything went very smoothly from the initial visit to quote to the fitting of the door. Great company to deal with. The quality of the product is excellent. Thank you.
We had a problem with our security door a few months after installation, and the company’s response has been really poor. The woman who answered our call was rude, and quick to shift blame onto us rather than listen or offer help. The salesperson who sold us the door promised to look into it, but it’s been over three weeks and we’ve heard absolutely nothing back. This business clearly doesn’t care about its customers once they’ve made a sale. I would not recommend this business based on this experience.
Not recommending at all. Had quote end of January 2025, deposit made, said will take 6 weeks to make security door. Didn’t hear from them until I enquired in April what’s happening to the order. No apology or sincere sorry that our order was forgotten. Waited for it to be made. Early May booked to install, came, realised by installer wrong measurements and couldn’t fit the door. No apology received for inconvenience. Communication and front office kindness needs big improvement.
