Everything was great at first, but the door doesn’t close half the time because the deadlock pops out when you open it unless you hold the handle down the whole way until the door is completely open. Unfortunately our family keeps forgetting to do this as it didn’t need to be done with our previous screen door. I contacted them to see if it was a faulty handle, they told us to just learn to hold it. The team were very easy to deal with from the quote, through install. The install was fuss free, and they cleaned up after themselves. Honestly couldn't be happier with the process and the outcome.
