I was tasked with selling a house from an estate. Joe Southwood of Clearview Realty LLC met me at the property to do a market analysis and offered insight as to what needed to be done to arrive at the best outcome for the beneficiary. In between that meeting and the listing date, he replied to all questions promptly. Joe did above and Beyond to help me out getting the house amazing Service I would totally recommend going through Clearview
This has been one of the worst experiences dealing with selling a property and DO NOT RECOMMEND. First off, we set a minimum price for the sale of our property. The first offer presented to us was $25k below our bottom line. We also stated that we'd be taking items off our property and we were completely ignored when it came to having that stated in our contract.
