This property management company has the worst communication and also hire people to manage a property that lack communication skills with residents and doesn’t seem to be overseeing the property. The complete unprofessionalism and the non-existent communication is horrible. Would never recommend that anyone hires this management company to manage their property.
Horrible people skills and probable impropriety with finances of residences. Terrible company.
Poor customer service, rude, lacks accountability and empathy. I would advise anyone who is in search of a management company to run for the hills. Placed a medical request for an accommodation and was treated far less than appropriate by what’s supposed to be a professional organization. The 5 star reviews are employees so beware.
