Found out this guy was using almost the same name as my usuall company, when i called on accident they said they worked With them that the owner was just out of the office but he could help me. I knew something was off right there, do NOT use this company!!
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! Jules is a con artist. I called them by accident looking for another company. He said he worked for them. I was suspicious and called the owner. He said Jules does not work for him and in fact he has been impersonating his company and stealing his customers. Do not do business with this unhonest man!
Great, same day service.He was able to provide a quote and come back that same afternoon. Making the appointment was easy. He stated that he would be available Saturday or Sunday and when Saturday's weather looked bad, he reached out to confirm that he would be there Sunday. My only recommendation is maybe lay a tarp or something to cover the pool or suggest that Ido. I know for next time, but didn't realize how much stuff would be coming out of the gutters.
