One and a half month later after I sent the 50% deposit and still no shower door. At this point he has not responded to my email or my call and voicemail. Ross told me after deposit it will take 7-10days of manufacturing the glass and then he'll install it. after like 2.5 weeks he emails me saying that the glass exploded during the tempering process, that he was going to re-order a new one. and Hasn't been heard from since, nor unable to reach out... BEWARE!!! GO WITH SOMEONE ELSE. lack of communication and dishonest.
Ross showed up on time and we are very pleased with our beautiful shower.
