Feb 28th 2025 I went into this branch location in order to withdraw cash. I was told by the manger that couldn’t withdraw MY MONEY because I had just opened my account that day. I asked since I’m not allowed to withdraw my money in cash will I be able to swipe my card when I go to use it for my purchase instead, she responded no I’m not able to access my money until Monday march 3rd. That made no sense at all so I asked if I could have a number to a corporate office and she said there wasn’t one. This was obviously a lie so ... read more
