This was the worst experience I have ever had. I went to deposit a check, and they took my money, asked me to wait for an hour, only to later tell me they could not process it without verifying with another department. No one explained what was happening or how long it would take—they just kept me waiting indefinitely. On top of that, the mobile app is terrible and does not allow me to do anything efficiently.
