Very well organized with attention to detail. All the staff were very friendly and answered all my questions. I am very pleased with how the first surgery went and look forward to getting the second eye done in two weeks. I would recommend Dr. Lions to anyone considering this procedure.
The office was clean, neat, and welcoming. All staff were warm, friendly, professional and personable. They explained everything to me prior to performing each procedure. They gave me time; I didn't feel pressured or rushed. Doctor Lui was kind, attentive, respectful and engaging. She caused me to laugh and made the exam fun. My husband had his cataracts removed here. We were very impressed with the quality of care. The nurses were very kind, explained fully and truly cared about his well being. Dr. Lyons has a great "bedside" manner.
All staff were warm, welcoming, professional and personable. They explained everything to my elderly Mom before her procedure. They gave Mom time, no pressure or rushing. The Doctor was kind, attentive and respectful. He explained the surgery, expected outcome and recovery thoroughly. Mom was able to be calm and relaxed instead of getting anxious.
Everyone was so welcoming and made me feel very comfortable throughout my entire visit and the day of my surgery. I was a nervous wreak and they made me feel so safe and calm! Thank you Clear View Doctors and staff from the bottom of my heart! #LASIK
