Overall the Clearview Eye Centre is experienced and operates smoothly. I only with they could cut down the hour and a half worth of sitting in the waiting room between the three stages I have to go through. Is a total appointment time of two and a half hours really necessary? Otherwise the people there are professional and friendly. Appointment management with calls and texts is something I wish my other health service providers offered. Aside from the long wait it's a good experience all around.

Had an appointment there yesterday. Was told beforehand how long I would be there and it was exactly right. All the staff I met were kind, caring, efficient, and professional from the minute I walked in to when I left. The space is new and very well laid out. Dr. Adatia took the time to explain information to me in a way that I could easily understand. For an extremely busy place, they are very organized and their communication is very good so you know exactly what to expect.

I am writing to formally express my deep concern and disappointment regarding the treatment I received when following up on a referral to your clinic. On August 9, 2025, my optometrist referred me to your centre to see a retinal specialist due to troubling symptoms in my right eye. Clear View Eye Centre It WAS a great location and HAD great customer service. The receptionists WERE so nice and very respectful. It took less than 1 hour to see the doctor. It was very nice. But the moment changed to a new location. It's not convenient for those living in NE or NW. The parking lot is free but does not have enough space. Receptionists are disrespectful and not nice. It was my third visit to this new location. Every time they treat me as a very important customer. Their service is prompt and thorough. Doctor is very helpful. Though my eyesight is still not normal and needs further treatment in November. Total time spent from examination and laser treatment was 45 minutes only. New location is convenient, spacious and clean. Plenty of parking space (free parking).
