Upon checking in with a unknown client to me. Receptionist rude rolling eyes when asking for clients Healthcare card. Explauned, Everything I had was with his green sleeve and meds list from his home he's in. As I explained I am only delivering him for appointment. Proceeded to give me a sheet to fill out. Was able to do only what client could give me. Took back and was now questioned rudely as to some things on form that I could not answer. As I was walking away. Mentioned that communication is 80% and her approach is not ... read more

Arriving at the new location and finding lots of free parking was a great start. I checked in 15 minutes early and had my first test 5 minutes later. The next 2 tests occurred shortly after. I saw the doctor (?) within about another 10 mins and he shared the test results with me. He had the note my optometrist had forwarded to Clearview in July. He recommended we wait 6 months to determine the next step. They booked my followup appointment for 6 months later. Everyone was friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. 10/10 in my bo... read more

I didn't have a good experience at all on my first visit. Desk staff was very distant and unaproachable; in my email I was told the appointment would be 1.5 hours. I had an appointment for 10:45am. What they do is get everybody into a waiting room in a small time window and then you sit there, in my case for 3 hours to see the doctor. Within the first hour I had my tests done and then I had to sit and wait for a doctor that spent less than 5 minutes with me, didn't explain my condition to me, was very unwilling and unapproac... read more

I had a detached Retina which was surgically reattached by Dr Jessica Ruzicki (who then left on maturnity leave) and the follow up appointments were handled by Dr Monique Munro whom was very helpful and positive. Now need cataract surgery which was referred to the Vector Eye Centre only because it's nearer to our home and my wife was being treated there. The new facility is very streamlined and very effective

Had an appointment there yesterday. Was told beforehand how long I would be there and it was exactly right. All the staff I met were kind, caring, efficient, and professional from the minute I walked in to when I left. The space is new and very well laid out. Dr. Adatia took the time to explain information to me in a way that I could easily understand. For an extremely busy place, they are very organized and their communication is very good so you know exactly what to expect.
