My first time at the new clinic. Being 3 hours away, we arrived early due to road conditions. Easy to find, parking is tight only because we have a bigger truck. Ended up waiting about half hour past my appointment time. One of the staff noticed and asked about our time. She then got me in right away, and the appointment moved quickly after that. All staff were friendly and took time to listen, which tells me they enjoy their workplace and truly care about us as patients.
My first appointment at Clearview Eye Center was a pleasant experience. The staff was kind and professional and the eye testing was an easy process. Dr. Adatia is one I see who’s has also brought my left eye which was very close to being blind back to 20/20 vision I’m very grateful for the work he does. The clinic has lots of seats in a state of the art facility. Don’t be shy after all your eyes are priceless! Thank you Mary Fiwchuk
Beautiful new facility, and proficient and kind staff and doctors. Overall customer experience is less than adequate, however. Customers are routinely told to expect appointments to last 2-3 hours, so pack a lunch and maybe a sleeping bag too. MANY excuses given for this lack of respect for people and their time. I had a simple post-surgery checkup and I was there for 2 hours. Other visits were the same wait time too. They could do so much better but refuse to.
Upon checking in with a unknown client to me. Receptionist rude rolling eyes when asking for clients Healthcare card. Explauned, Everything I had was with his green sleeve and meds list from his home he's in. As I explained I am only delivering him for appointment. Proceeded to give me a sheet to fill out. Was able to do only what client could give me. Took back and was now questioned rudely as to some things on form that I could not answer. As I was walking away. Wonderful new location with free parking. The time from check-in, testing and seeing the Dr was was 30 minutes. The staff was all friendly and efficient and through. As a patient since 2021 I really appreciate the new systems they have put in place.
