This shop has consistently failed to deliver proper repairs. Unfortunately, their service quality is poor, and they’ve been unable to fix even basic issues. I wouldn’t recommend them based on my experience
I had to make an emergency stop while traveling with my flatbed trailer due to a dragging and overheating brake. I called Clearview and they were able to work me in, which I appreciated. However, despite multiple attempts, the brake issue was not resolved to my satisfaction. Unfortunately, based on this experience, I do not plan to return.
TERRIBLE SERVICE avoid this place. This shop is a complete disappointment. They couldn’t fix the issue with my car, and it seems like they don’t know what they’re doing. I wasted time and money here, only to leave with the same problem I came in with. They clearly lack the skills and equipment needed for proper repairs. If you care about your vehicle, take it somewhere else. This place is not capable of handling even basic repair work. WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY.
Avoid this shop at all costs. What should have been a straightforward repair turned into a two-week ordeal. The shop doesn't have its own mechanics—they contract everything out—and unfortunately, the manager has no control over when (or if) those mechanics actually show up. Every person I met as a representative was kind, considerate and direct. Both the owner and the diesel mechanics were extremely thorough in both explaining the prices, and in ensuring that I felt satisfied. Seriously great service. Thank you.
