I’ve been through a lot of doctors and met a lot of people. These people at CCI are the nicest most respectful employees I have ever met in my life. I would recommend them to anyone who needs them.
Today was my first time coming here after being transferred from Southern Cancer Center, that was across the street from the Huntsville hospital. I like how well organized, how kind, how respectful everyone is here. Everyone I interacted with at the facility was so very kind to me. I am so glad to see my doctor has the same nurse practitioners working with him. I love how beautiful the building is and the grounds. Everything was easy to navigate. Thank you for treating us all with kindness, compassion and respect.
First and foremost, if you are coming here, make sure when you get information from any of the staff that you make sure that they repeat themselves and make sure that it’s clear as day and it’s correct information. I’ve had so many staff members from here give me false information on when I have an appointment time or whether a lab is a lab or a lab isn’t a lab. I've been going here since 2013. Everyone is always nice. But the guy at the front desk comes across as rude when he speaks to you. If there are no signs to say wait here or enter here. How does anyone know that. The lady started talking to me so how was I to know she was in the middle of doing something
This office is efficient that's for sure. My oncologist switched practices and this is the new group he belongs to. I went for my first appointment and I honestly was surprised. I understand how many amazing doctors are here and the miracles they are working. However, from the moment I walked in it felt like an airport. Go here and stamp your ticket.
