I've been going here since 2013. Everyone is always nice. But the guy at the front desk comes across as rude when he speaks to you. If there are no signs to say wait here or enter here. How does anyone know that. The lady started talking to me so how was I to know she was in the middle of doing something
This office is efficient that's for sure. My oncologist switched practices and this is the new group he belongs to. I went for my first appointment and I honestly was surprised. I understand how many amazing doctors are here and the miracles they are working. However, from the moment I walked in it felt like an airport. Go here and stamp your ticket. I was very sick trying to get a referral. The answering service was rude to a lady with 3 level 3 cancers. I need Maggie.
Dr Daniel Schreeder has a unique ability to understand that people are individuals and respond in such. Whether it’s to communicate or explain treatments and the pros and cons of them. I felt as if I was right where I needed to be to get the help, understanding, compassion and options for me. I am forever thankful that Dr Dan Schreeder came into my life at the perfect time. My father has been a patient here since February and I will NEVER recommend this cancer center to anyone. I could go through the list of issues he has experienced but will summarize them as this - disorganized. The left hand does not know what the right hand is doing; however, the most recent issue is the failure to inform my Dad, his family, or his primary doctor of the results of his last scan that was a week and a half ago.
