The Clearview Cancer Institute cares about the well being of individuals. First visit there and parking was a little walk but manageable. The up kept of the parking lot and lawn was great. Inside lobby was clean and coffee/water was in place for guests. This office is super busy so I advise to arriving early for long paperwork if you're a new patient. Waiting was a while but buzzers work fast after paperwork is complete. Staff/Doctor was friendly and professional. Thank you Clearview
MY EXPERIENCE WITH CCI HAS BEEN GREAT. DR. DIAZ HAS BEEN THOROUGH AND HE SPENDS TIME ANSWERING MY QUESTIONS. HE EVEN WALKED ME TO THE DESK TO RESCHEDULE MY NEXT APPT. I KNOW THAT HIS JOB IS STRESSFUL BUT HE WENT THE EXTRA MILE. ALSO, ASHLEY THE NP, WAS GREAT, SHE EXPLAINED THE DIFFERENT KINDS OF BREAST CANCERS AND HELPED ME IN UNDERSTANDING MY DIAGNOSIS. BOTH WERE GREAT.
CCI employees are great from the security guards who work the door and assist me with a wheelchair for my husband, the very sweet ladies who work the front desk . Dr. Patel and his staff are the best. Dr. Patel really cares about his patients. He explains everything clearly so that I can understand. He and his staff have very big hearts. I thank GOD for them.
